1. Free Mastering Sample
a) This is a SECURE upload link to Andrew Mitchell at The Audio Bay Mastering Studio. All of your material is 100% secure and is protected by United States copyright laws. All material is stored on a closed server.
a) All uploads that The Audio Bay Receives from individuals, sale groups, or organizations are protected under U.S. Copyright laws and will not be used by The Audio Bay for any other purpose than to provide a sample of Audio Bay’s Mastering service to the above mentioned individual, stuff group, or organization.
b) Any email addresses, names, and/or any other information received from individuals, groups, or organizations will not be used by The Audio Bay for any other purpose than to communicate with the above mentioned individual, group, or organization.
2. Mastering Service
a) If The Audio Bay’s services are retained, the Audio Bay will protect it’s clients intellectual property rights and will not use or distribute the clients music recordings for any other purpose other than specifically directed by said client.
b) The Audio Bay reserves the right to safely archive the clients audio recording and mastered audio recording.
3. Security
We understand the music business and take great care to ensure that no music is leaked, EVER! The Audio Bay uses an encrypted upload link which is accessible only by Andrew Mitchell at The Audio Bay Mastering Studio. All of your material is 100% secure and is protected by United States copyright laws. All of your material is stored on a remote, closed server which is free from cyber attack and remote access.
4. Credits
a) Should the client wish to include the Audio Bay and/or the name of the mastering engineer that provided the mastering service on their website or product, including a hard copy CD package, are welcome to do so in exactly the following manner without acquiring permission from The Audio Bay:

b) Using the name Audio Bay and/or the mastering engineer’s name in any other manner than is specifically outlined above without permission is strictly prohibited. The Audio Bay is a registered trademark.
